Where are my downloads?
Log in to JVZoo, open your purchases and click the access button next to Commission Goblin. Every product you bought has its own download page.
How do I open the app?
Unzip the download, then double-click CommissionGoblin.html. It opens in your browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari or Brave. There is nothing to install.
How do I add an upgrade to my app?
Open Settings → Content packs → Import a pack file and choose the .ccpack file from your upgrade download. Your launches stay exactly as they are.
My work disappeared!
The app saves in your browser. If you open it in a different browser or a private window, it starts empty. Use Settings → Backup & data to export a backup and import it anywhere.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] with your receipt within 30 days, or request it through JVZoo.
