Terms of Purchase and License

These terms apply when you buy or use Commission Goblin and any upgrades sold with it (together, "the products") from Kirby Digital Ltd ("we", "us"). By buying or using the products you agree to these terms.
1. Your license
When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own business and, where a product says so, for work you do for clients. You buy the right to use the products under these terms — not ownership of the software or content itself.
2. What you may not do
Unless a separate written license (such as a reseller license) says otherwise, you may not resell, share, give away or publish the products or your download links; include them in bundles, memberships or PLR packs; remove copyright notices; or use them to break any law or platform rule — including sending spam or making misleading income claims.
3. Delivery and updates
The products are delivered digitally through JVZoo and our download pages. We aim to keep download links working, fix bugs, and release updates from time to time. "Free updates" means updates to the version you bought (for example, version 1.x) for as long as we maintain it — not new products.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services you choose to use, such as AI providers, web hosts, email tools and marketplaces. Their terms and prices apply, they can change, and we are not responsible for them.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. No guarantee of results
The products are tools and training. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, audience and market. We do not promise any level of income or success — see our Earnings Disclaimer.
7. Warranty disclaimer
Except where consumer law says otherwise, the products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the products is limited to the amount you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending your license
If you break these terms we may end your license and access. You can stop using the products at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
